What this tool collects
Certline is a stateless certificate inspection tool. When you use it:
- Hostname you submit. The hostname you type is sent to the server to perform the TLS check. It is used only to complete the check and is not stored or logged beyond the duration of the request.
- Connection metadata. Standard web server logs may record the IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the page visited. These logs are used for operational monitoring and troubleshooting. They are retained for a limited period and not shared with third parties.
Certline does not set cookies, does not use tracking scripts, does not create accounts, and does not store any data about you or your certificates between visits. Nothing survives a cleared browser.
No email, no alerts
Certline has no email sender, no notification system, and no scheduled tasks. It cannot and does not send you email, reminders, or alerts. It answers only when you visit the page and submit a hostname.
Data sharing
Certline does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. The hostname you check is processed solely to complete the certificate inspection and is not stored or transmitted to any other service.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may receive your IP address when the font is loaded. Refer to Google's privacy policy for their data practices.
The site is hosted via Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes requests in transit and may log standard connection metadata. Refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for their data practices.
No other third-party scripts, analytics, or embedded content are used.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding the personal data that servers in this fleet log (IP addresses, timestamps). Because the tool does not store user accounts or personal profiles, there is no account-based data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about the limited operational logs, contact the operator once a legal entity is registered.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. No other notification will be sent — there is no email system to send it through.
